Docteur en histoire de l’art, expert agréé près la Cour d’appel, expert agréé près la Cour administrative d’appel de Bordeaux et des tribunaux du ressort, anciennement assesseur près la Commission de Conciliation et d’Expertise Douanière.

Il est consultant pour différents experts et maisons de ventes : Sotheby’s, Christie’s, Cabinet Turquin, M. Herdhebaut-Latreille, l'étude Marc-Arthur Kohn.

Il réalise des missions d’expertises pour des cabinets toulousains (Lecart, Art Patrimoine, Luc Expert, Guingand, Freschet Expertises, Experty’s Consult, etc…), pour des particuliers dans le cadre d’assurances, de successions, de partages, d'inventaires et pour les ventes domaniales.

Spécialiste de l’artiste Louyse Moillon (1610-1696), il a écrit différentes publications :  

  • Louyse Moillon (Paris, vers 1610-1696), La Nature Morte au Grand Siècle. Catalogne raisonné, Éditions Faton, Saint-Etienne, 2009.
